When is the last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery

The last day to order for Christmas delivery in the U.K is around the 10th of December. This is due to the fact we cannot keep every choice in stock all the time. If we need to order your bead choices into stock then Christmas delivery after this date is unlikely. We are also very busy this time of year which naturally slows us down a little.

International delivery is unlikely to get to you for Christmas after December the 3rd.

 

 Postage and Shipping costs.

UK postage is free (using 1st class post). If you would like your postage upgraded to "sign for" or "special delivery" please go to our postage upgrades page and click on the option of your choice. 

Postage for orders to Europe and the USA is £5 for normal postage or £10 for "tracked and signed". We will not insure any international orders that are not posted "tracked and signed" Please go to our postage upgrade page and click on the option that you would like. If you do not add international postage to your order we will send you a paypal invoice for your postage costs. Please pay this within 48 hours as this will need to be paid before we can ship your order.

 

 Will my jewellery come in a gift box.

All jewellery ordered comes in a pretty satin bag but not in a gift box. You can add a gift-box to your order on the postage and extras page. Gift-boxes start at just £1. This is to keep customers costs down as we find that most customers don't really want to pay for a box.

 

How do you post the orders.

All orders come in pretty little satin bags and are posted in strong bubble wrapped envelopes. Postage is free for all items posted together.

 

Do you have a shop where we can look at and buy the jewellery.

We do not have a retail shop. Everything is made in our little workshop at home and we sell online. occasionally we do jewellery parties, attend craft fayres, local and special events.

 

What is the guarantee on the jewellery. 

Everything we sell has a 28 day no quibble guarantee (except special orders). We will happily refund your purchase price, or re-make your items or exchange your jewellery for something different if you are unhappy within the 28 days. Postage costs are not refunded unless we are at fault.

 

Do you do repairs and alterations?

Yes we do.  Lots of our work comes from repairs, cleaning up and alterations of customers own jewellery. Prices start at just £5 + return postage Please email us for a free quote. We are always happy to help.

 

Special orders and look alike items of jewellery.

We often make something similar to other designs for our customers and ourselves. Let us know what sort of thing you would like and we'll happily give you a free quote.

Special orders will be made especially for you and therefor are not be subject to the 28 day guarantee unless we are at fault.

The website is not loading properly, what can i do.

This is quite a large website with lots of photo's. Pop up blockers can slow things down alot and cause the pages to load badly. If you allow pop ups to this website the pages will load much faster. Your browsing safety is very important to us and you can be assured that this website is safe and secure. Older or less powerful computers can struggle with large websites like this one.

 

How can i pay for my order?

You can pay with paypal, or any credit or debit card via the paypal page without having to sign up, or you can send a cheque and we'll post your order when the cheque has cleared. If you are local to us in west somerset you can come and visit to order and pick your items up in person. Please ring or email first if you would like to do this. (we will refund your postage in cash if you would like to collect in person but ordered online)

If you are a little wary of buying of the internet and would prefer to see a photo of your finished jewellery before you pay, and you like the safety of using ebay, we can place your finished jewellery on ebay with a photo and let you know the item number so you can look at your jewellery and pay when your jewellery is finished. Email us with a description of the jewellery you would like and we'll sort it for you. Please don't feel pressured into buying the jewellery, if you would like any changes made or don't want the jewellery thats ok with us, just let us know.
